Roy Lee Bisel, 68, of Roll, Indiana, died Friday at his residence.
Among survivors are two sons, John (Betty) Bisel of Bluffton and Mike (Cathy) Bisel of Roll, and two daughters, Jennifer Bisel and Stephanie Bisel, both of Bluffton.
Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Wednesday at Downing & Glancy Funeral Home, Geneva. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will follow in West Lawn Cemetery in Geneva.
Alvin T. "Ollie" Witte, 81, of Decatur, passed away Friday, May 3, 2013, at his residence.
Alvin was born on Wednesday, March 2, 1932, in Adams County to the late Wilhelm E. and Anna (Weber) Witte.
He married Shirley M. Schaper on May 29, 1960, in Zion Lutheran Church, Bull Rapids, in Woodburn, Ind; she survives in Decatur.
Marjorie E. Ulman, 87, Berne, passed away Saturday, May 4, 2013, at Swiss Village.
Marjorie was born November 4, 1925, to the late Chauncey and Lillian (Bohren) Yoder.
She married Ralph R. Ulman on May 8, 1954; he preceded her in death.

Lois A. Fegley, 93, of rural Van Wert County, passed away Thursday, May 2, at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne.
Lois was born January 1, 1920, in Craigville, Ind., to the late Clarence R. and Anna E. (Gahman) Abbott.
She married Chester Lloyd Fegley on May 11, 1941; he preceded her in death on May 7, 2003.
Berniece Lehmann, 96, of Berne, died Wednesday at Swiss Village.
Among survivors are four daughters, Shirley (Ed) Prentiss and Karen (Roy) Lehman, both of Berne; Wanda (Paul) Smith of Columbus Grove, Ohio; and Arlene (Beth) Lehmann of Goshen; 15 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 3-8 p.m. Sunday at Yager-Kirchhofer Funeral Home and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Monday at First Mennonite Church.
Irena I. Sprunger, 94, Berne, died Thursday.
Arrangements are pending at Yager-Kirchhofer Funeral Home.

Franklin H. Akins, 77, of Monroeville, passed away Tuesday, April 30, 2013, at Lutheran Hospital of Indiana.
He married Ruby Lee, who preceded him in death on September 12, 1974. Franklin then married Patricia R. Wissler on December 28, 1984, in Fort Wayne; she survives.
Franklin retired in 1983 from International Harvester.
Jeanne W. Azbell, 95, of Decatur, died Wednesday, May 1, 2013, at Woodcrest Nursing Center.
Jeanne was born on July 2, 1917, in Youngstown, Ohio, to the late Covington and Elinor (Arnold) Westlake.
On April 14, 1943, she married Joseph F. Azbell; he preceded her in death on February 2, 2003.
Jeanne was a member of First United Methodist Church and the Rebecca Circle. She was also a homemaker and became a registered nurse in 1938, working at Youngstown Hospital.
Ralph Cornely, 59, of Decatur, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, April 29, 2013, at his residence.
Ralph was born September 18, 1953, in Gastonia, N.C., to the late Jack M. and M. Maxine (Moudy) Cornely.
He was a 1972 graduate of Firestone High School in Akron, Ohio. He worked as a sales consultant for Zurcher Tire in Monroe for 30 years. Ralph loved his cats and his photography. He had a side business with his brother-in-law, John, called Archer Photography, on which he spent a great deal of time.
A memorial visitation will be held from 1:30-2 p.m. Saturday, May 4, at Decatur Church of Christ for Olive M. Miller, 90, of Decatur, who passed away at 12:30 p.m. on Friday, October 12, 2012, in the Village of Heritage in Monroeville. A memorial service will follow at 2 p.m. at the church, with Pastor David Rea officiating.
Olive was born Sunday, May 14, 1922, in Michigan, to the late Wilford A. and Gertrude (Burch) Zurbrugg.
