Dwight L. "Whitey" Dailey, 81, Geneva, died Friday at Visiting Nurse Hospice Home in Fort Wayne.
Among survivors are his wife; sons, Randy (Teresa) Dailey of Fort Wayne, Michael(Becky) Dailey of Goshen, Scott (Jill) Dailey of Amelia, Ohio; stepdaughter, Carol Lynne (Nicholas) Arthur of Pendleton; and stepson, William (Brenda) Stolz of Pennville.
Anna Jane Gilliom, 88, Berne, died Saturday March 9.

Barbara Young Spencer, 70, of Decatur, formerly of Huntington, died Saturday at her residence.
Carolyn Ruth West, 71, of Decatur, died Saturday, March 9.

Stephen C. Barker, 68, of Decatur, died March 7, 2013, at Lutheran Hospital.
Steve was born in Decatur on September 16, 1944, to the late Chet and Anna L. (Railing) Barker.
On September 19, 1964, he married Kathryn L. "Kaki" Faurote; she survives.
Steve was a member of St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church. He owned Barker and Sons Wrecker Service since 1965. He was a former member and director of Tri State Gas and Engine Association.

Chris J. Neuenschwander, 73, of Pennville, formerly of Adams County, died Tuesday, March 5, 2013, at his residence.
March 5th
Gertrude E. Dickerson, 97, of Decatur, passed away at 5:46 p.m. on Saturday, March 2, 2013, at Woodcrest Nursing Center.
Gertrude was born on Tuesday, May 25, 1915, in New Orleans, La., to the late Louis G. and Lillian (Johnson) Webert.
She married Glen Dickerson on October 10, 1949, at Zion Lutheran Church, Decatur; he passed away on February 19, 1982.
Danny Stephen Watts, 61, Decatur, died Saturday at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne.
Among survivors are a son, Joshua Michael Watts of Portland, and a daughter, Kimberly Sue (Jason) Williamson of Myrtle Beach, S.C.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday and 2-3 p.m. Thursday, at Downing & Glancy Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Thursday, at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery in Geneva.
Frank A. Whitacre, 74, of Decatur, passed away at 10:20 a.m. on Sunday, March 3, 2013, at Adams Memorial Hospital.
He was born on October 21, 1938, in Greenville, Ohio, to the late Frank E. and Rosella H. (Elder) Whitacre.
Frank married Marie L. Tricker on August 4, 1962; she survives in Decatur.
