Jason D. Andrews, 39, of Marion, formerly of Decatur, passed away Friday, March 29, 2013, at his residence.
He was born on September 26, 1973, in Adams County to Jerald D. “Jerry” and Colleen S. (Hamrick) Andrews; they survive in Decatur.
Among survivors are his sister, Mandy (Cory) Reber of Huntington; brother, Ryan (Lindee) Andrews; paternal grandparents, Albert and Minnie Andrews; and maternal grandmother, Irene Hamrick, all of Decatur.
Carl C. Lotter, 69, of Monroe, passed away Saturday, March 30, 2013, at his residence.
He was born May 21, 1943, in La Porte, Ind., to Ralph G. and Miriam J. (Childs) Lotter.
On October 29, 1966, he married Marsha L. Thompson; she survives in Monroe.
Brandon J. Mohr Snodgrass, 14, of Bluffton, passed away at 5 a.m. on Monday, April 1, 2013, at his residence.
He was born August 8, 1998, to Brian Blue of Arizona and Tara J. (Sergio) Pernell of Decatur, and was adopted by Walter and Sharolyn Snodgrass of Bluffton. His birth and adoptive parents survive.

Dennis L. Kreisher, 78, of Markle, passed away Monday, March 25, 2013, at the Markle Health and Rehabilitation Center.
Dennis was born in Huntington to Henry E. and Ruby E. Kreisher.
He married Billie Joan Gillingham; she preceded him in death. His second marriage was to Emilie A. Mason on January 4, 1974, at Markle United Methodist Church, and she survives.
Floyd I. McBride, 79, of Decatur, passed away March 26, 2013.
Floyd was the son of the late Lee Forrest McBride and the late Violet (Smitley) McBride.
He married Rochelle L. (Jones) Smitley; she survives in Decatur.

Samuel W. Hilty, four and a half months, son of Willis S. and Elizabeth A. E. (Graber) Hilty, died Friday, March 22, 2013.
Among survivors are four brothers, Reuben W., Willis W., Melvin W., and Alvin W.; grandparents, Alvin M. and Esther Graber, and Samuel S., Jr., and Laura Hilty; great-grandparents, Elizabeth E. Graber, Chris J. and Mary J. Graber, Amanda A. Shetler, and Samuel L. and Mary Jane Hilty.
