Robert E. Fox, 64, of Decatur, passed away at 3:25 p.m. on Wednesday, February 27, 2013, in the Bluffton Regional Medical Center.
 He was born on Tuesday, July 13, 1948, in Adams County to the late Robert W. Fox and Patty A. (Dick) Fox-Stanley, who survives in Decatur.
Roberta J. Wall, 90, Leesburg, Fla., a former Berne resident, passed away on Tuesday, February 26, 2013, in Leesburg.
She was born on March 13, 1922, to the late Robert and Mabel (Wolfe) Scott in Wells County.
Roberta married the late Royce E. Wall on October 27, 1940.
She was a homemaker and attended the Trinity United Methodist Church while in Berne. Roberta enjoy knitting, playing bingo and cards, and sports, especially the Reds.
