February 12th
Margery D. Poole, 60, of Decatur, died on Sunday, February 10, 2013.
Among survivors are three sons, Heath Mendez and Holland Herman, both of Decatur, and Patrick Phillips of Fishers, Ind.; and daughter, Heidi Mendez of Decatur.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. on Thursday, February 14, at Zwick and Jahn Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, February 15, also at the funeral home.
Richard W. "Hap" Sprunger, 67, of Decatur, passed away on Monday, February 11, 2013, in the Lutheran Hospital of Indiana.
Hap was born on Sunday, July 29, 1945, in Van Wert, Ohio, to the late Roman M. and Audra E. "Dollie" (Chronister) Sprunger.
He married Martha H. Bleeke on October 14, 1967, in Decatur; she passed away on April 29, 2009. He married Carolyn M. Lambert on November 10, 2012; she survives.
February 11th
Adeline M. Fuentes, 90, of Decatur, passed away on Saturday, February 9, 2013, at Woodcrest Nursing Center.
She was born on Saturday, December 16, 1922, in Elizabeth, N.J., to the late John and Minnie (Bochman) Milligan.
Adeline married Frank Fuentes on September 25, 1948, in N.J.; he passed away February 2, 2012.
Adeline attended St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church in Decatur. She worked for 15 years at Anchor Corporation in the mail room.
Timothy A. Gase, 50, of Decatur, died Saturday February 9, 2013.

Funeral services for Wayne H. Hirschy, 91, of Decatur, who died Tuesday, will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at Monroe United Methodist in Monroe.

Wayne H. Hirschy, 91, of Decatur, passed away on Tuesday, February 5, 2013, at Woodcrest Nursing Center.
Wayne was born on September 1, 1921, in Adams County to the late Henry C. and Selma (Walchle) Hirschy.
On December 6, 1941, Wayne married Dortha M. Ray; she preceded him in death on February 19, 2012.
Pearl Whetstone, 93, of Decatur, passed away on Tuesday, February 5, 2013, at Woodcrest Nursing Center.
She was born on January 27, 1920, in Wells County, to the late Orlando O. and Margaret E. (Lamberi) Kizer.
Pearl married Dale Whetstone on April 8, 1939; he died on May 24, 1996.

Sharon Joe Bookout, 64, passed away on Friday, February 1, 2013, in Houston, Texas, after a courageous battle with cancer.
She was born in Decatur to the late Joseph and Grace (Chilcolt) McBride.
Sharon was an active member of her church. Her faith was the center of her life, and she was treasured by her family and friends.
