Mark A. Kaehr, 57, of Bluffton, passed away at 4:05 a.m. Wednesday, January 9, 2013, at Mayo Hospital, in Jacksonville, Fla., while awaiting a heart transplant.
Mark was born in Wells County on June 20, 1955, to the late Phillip G. and Gloria S. (Timmons) Kaehr. His mother survives in Bluffton.
He married Renee A. Bebout on November 12, 1977, in Bluffton; she survives.
Aldine Moser, 101, of Bluffton, died Thursday, January 10, 2013, at the Christian Care Retirement Community.
She was born in Adams County on September 12, 1911, to the late Jacob Kaehr and Fannie Reinhard.
Aldine married Harold A. Moser on September 12, 1936, in Bluffton; he passed away on December 15, 1976.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Apostolic Christian Church.
Due to incorrect information provided to the newspaper, the wife of Chris L. Eicher was mistakenly named as Esther (Ruben) Eicher instead of Esther (Raber) Eicher in Thursday's edition.
Mary E. Howe, 87, of New Haven, died on January 9, 2013, at Parkview Regional Medical Center.
Born in Columbia City, she retired from General Electric. Among survivors are her daughter, Maxine (Jim) Bailey of Gobles, Mich.; three sons, Gaylord (Kay) Howe of Bluffton, Marvin (Juanita) Howe of Colorado Springs, Colo., Ivan (Sandra) Howe of Decatur; 11 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
Violet L. Smith, 94, Decatur, died Thursday night at Woodcrest Nursing Home.

Lynn Martin Stucky, 75, of Beech Island, S.C., a former resident of Willshire, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, January 8, 2013, in Aiken, S.C.
Lynn was born in Decatur on Monday, October 11, 1937, to the late Martin and Verona Loreen (Snyder) Stucky.
He married his former spouse, Marcia Merriman, on October 2, 1960, in the Union United Methodist Church outside of Willshire, Ohio; she survives.
