Elodee J. Marbaugh, 75, of Willshire, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, March 14, 2012, in the Community Health Professionals Inpatient Hospice Center, in Van Wert, Ohio.
She was born on Friday, November 13, 1936, in Van Wert County, Ohio, the daughter of the late Harry E. and Edith E. (Snyder) Nye.
She married Thomas E. Marbaugh on August 21, 1954.
Elodee was a former member of the Willshire United Methodist Church, where she served as the treasurer for many years.
Harold B. Fortney, 83, of Convoy, Ohio, died Monday in Adams Memorial Hospital.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Peggy Louise (Cranor) Fortney on February 24, 2011.
Visitation will be Sunday at Cowan and Son Funeral Home, Van Wert, from 1-5 p.m. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at the Countryside Chapel United Methodist Church, west of Convoy.
Wilmer P. Werling, 83, passed away on Monday, March 12, 2012, at River Terrace, Bluffton.
He was a former resident of rural Ossian.
Mr. Werling was born March 1, 1929, in Ossian, to the late Rufas and Marie Werling.
He was an Ossian High School graduate, an American Legion and VFW member, and a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church.
Albert A. Anderson, 86, of Decatur, and previously of rural Monroeville, passed away at 10:28 a.m. on Monday, March 12, 2012, at his residence.
Albert was born on Tuesday, June 2, 1925, in Adams County, the son of the late William and Edna (Gibson) Anderson.
He married the late Charlotte P. Gehringer on April 20, 1946; she passed away on July 22, 1992.
Albert retired from farming and retired from Kaiser Chemical Company in the 1980's as a manager.
Ronald L. Dynes, 76, of Monroe, passed away on Monday, March 12, 2012, at Woodcrest Retirement Center. He was born on March 19, 1935, in Bryant to the late Lawrence H. Dynes and Florence (Bailey) Richards.
He married Sondra Binegar on July 29, 1956, and was married 55 years.
Ron was a member of Monroe United Brethren Church and also was song leader. He was a Monroe volunteer fireman from 1968-1988. Ron sang with the Dynes Brothers for many years.
Elizabeth J. "Betty" Grogg Schmidt, 83, Mendon, Ohio, died Thursday.
She was born in Geneva.
Among survivors are her husband, Bennett "Ben" Schmidt of Mendon; brother Thomas (Jo) Grogg of Geneva; and sister Mary Ann (Jim) Bailey of Geneva.
Visitation will be at the Mendon Funeral Home from 2-7 today. Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m on Sunday. Burial will be in Mendon Cemetery.
Allen R. Wolf, 48, formerly of Decatur, died Wednesday.
Among survivors are a sister, Jean (Jr.) Kahn of Decatur.
Visitation will be on Sunday, March 11, from 2-4 p.m., at Golden Meadows Chapel. Burial will be in I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Leitersford, Ind., at a later date.

Ronald L. Dynes, 76, of Monroe, died Monday at Woodcrest Retirement Center.

Raymond D. Eckrote, 96, Geneva, died Friday, in Adams Memorial Hospital.
He was born in Adams County.
Among survivors are his wife, Reba J. (Pyle) Eckrote of Geneva.
Visitation will be today from 5-8 p.m. at Downing and Glancy Funeral Home, Geneva. Services will be held there on Tuesday at 11a.m. Burial will be at Alberson Cemetery in Geneva.
Eileen Rose Gardner, 61, of Kokomo, passed away at 2:10 a.m. Thursday, March 8, 2012, at Howard Regional Health Systems.
Eileen was born December 16, 1950, in Decatur to Walter F. and Kathleen R. Baker.
She was a graduate of Adams Central High School Class of 1969. She went on to get her bachelor's degree in nursing from the IU School of Nursing, graduating in 1973.
