Rita A. Moore, 81, of Bluffton, passed away at 9 p.m. Tuesday, September 18, 2012, at River Terrace Estates.
Rita was born May 4, 1931, in Decatur to Robert L. Osterman and Virginia R. (Keller) Osterman. She married David E. Moore on June 5, 1954 in Decatur; he survives.

Wayne E. Frock, 56, of rural Monroe, passed away Tuesday, September 18, 2012, at Adams Memorial Hospital.
He was born in Allen County on October 23, 1955, to Robert (Sara) D. Frock, New Haven, and the late Betty Ann (Liebert) Peck.
He married Sherrill A. Myers on June 28, 1975; she survives in rural Monroe.
Gary R. Huffman, 65, of Wren, Ohio, passed away on Monday, September 17, 2012, at Lutheran Hospital.
He was born on Thursday, January 23, 1947, in Adams County, to Richard "Dick" and Nellie (Affolder) Huffman.
He married Susan Brown on June 27, 1981, in Decatur.
David G. Maclean, 81, of Decatur, died Sunday at Lutheran Hospital.

Godfrey J. Bertsch, 79, of Bluffton, passed away Friday morning, September 14, 2012, at Christian Care Retirement Community in Bluffton.
Born in Adams County to John P. and Leah E. (Rauch) Bertsch, he married Anita C. Lehman in Berne on May 25, 1952; she survives.
A member of the Apostolic Christian Church, Mr. Bertsch was a semi-truck driver for 33 years, along with being a farmer in the Adams County area. He was a 1951 graduate of Berne-French High School, and enjoyed fishing.
Mary L. Stucky, 86, of Bronson, Michigan, formerly of Monroe died Friday, September 14, 2012 at Laurels of Coldwater in Coldwater, Michigam. Mary was born on April 24, 1926 in Donovan, Illinois, to the late Curtis L. and Bertha Marie (Fleming) Trump. On March 25, 1945, she married Roy D. Stucky.
Mary was a member of the East Ovid United Brethren Church in Coldwater. She taught Sunday school for over 43 years. She was also a member of the Disabled American Veterans Auxiliary.

Thomas W. Hebein, 81, of Sunrise, Florida, passed away on August 28, 2012, at Hospice by the Sea in Boca Raton, Fla.
He was born on November 22, 1930, in Milwaukee, Wis., to the late Martin and Justine (Shirza) Hebein.
Thomas was married to Carla Rose (Klepper) Hebein; she died in 1991.
Rosa R. Hilty, 89, Spencerville, Ind., passed away at her residence on Wednesday, September 12, 2012.
She was born on April 3, 1923, to the late John J. and Rosina (Schwartz) Schwartz.
Rosa was a member of the Old Order Amish.
Fred A. Scheiderer, 95, of Decatur, passed away on Tuesday, September 11, 2012, at Adams Memorial Hospital.
Born in Kenton, Ohio, on February 17, 1917, Fred was the son of the late George W. and Matilda Viola (Dyer) Scheiderer.
He married Melba L. Kraft on February 17, 1938; she passed away on June 18, 2000.
