Fern L. Lough, 65, of Decatur, passed away at 6:15 p.m. on July 3, 2012, at Lutheran Hospital.
She was born on August 12, 1946, in Adams County, to the late Theodore and Treva (Rash) Mihm.
Fern married John W. Lough on November 2, 1966; he died on November 1, 2007.
Ruth E. Schwartz, 91, of Berne, died Wednesday at Swiss Village.
Among survivors are daughters Jocelyn (James) Blum and Amy (Ken) Troutman, both of Fort Wayne, and a son, Ted (Lana) Schwartz of Berne.
Visitation will be Sunday from 4-7 p.m. in Swiss Village Chapel, and one hour prior to services on Monday at 11 a.m., also in the chapel.
Burial will be at MRE Cemetery, Berne.
Arrangements were by Yager-Kirchhofer Funeral Home.
