January 11th
Due to incorrect information provided the newspaper, the name of Mrs. Lehman's parents was inadvertently put incorrectly printed in Monday's edition. Mrs. Lehman's parents were Oren and Louise Moser.
It was also stated that Howard Moser was Mrs. Lehman's brother-in-law when in fact Howard was Evangeline's brother.
January 10th
Virginia Nancy Dellinger, 92, of Willshire, Ohio, died Monday in Van Wert County Hospital.
She was born on May 31, 1919, in Adams County to James and Alverda (Dilling) Parrish.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Paul Dellinger, and three sons, Larry D.; Terry S.; and Barry Dellinger.
Visitation will be held Thursday from 3-7 p.m., at Cowan and Sons Funeral Home, Van Wert, with a service immediately following. Burial will be at the Willshire Cemetery.
Lee Gerber, 72, of rural Decatur, died at 8:32 p.m. Sunday at his residence.
He was born in Adams County on October 19, 1939, to Obed and Leona (Bahler) Gerber, who are deceased.
On April 13, 1963, he married Jennie Schultz in San Antonio, Texas; she survives.
A 1957 graduate of Adams Central High School, he served in the US Army from 1962-64, with the 2nd division of the 35th Artillery Unit in Hamberg, Germany.

Myron C. Brown, 59, of Decatur, passed away on Saturday, January 7, 2012, at Adams Memorial Hospital.
He was born on May 15, 1952, in Fort Wayne, to Charles E. and Ramona E. (Hine) Brown.
Charles Edward "Ed" Dunno, 85, of Van Wert, passed away on Friday, January 6, 2012, at his residence.
He was born on June 25, 1926, to Charles and Pearle (Snyder) Dunno, in Elwood, Indiana.
He married Lois Charlene (Stenger) on March 19, 1949, in Van Wert. She preceded him in death on September 4, 2007.
Although born in Elwood, Ed moved with his family to Van Wert in 1935. He served with the U.S. Army during World War II in Germany from 1943-1946, as a Military Policeman.
Wilma M. Funk, 88, of Lovington, Illinois, left this life surrounded by family on Friday, January 6, 2012, at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana, Illinois.
Mrs. Funk was born on June 4, 1923, in Craigville, the daughter of Orval and Edith Barger.
She married Farrell B. Funk in November of 1945, in Noblesville, Ind. He preceded her in death on February 9, 1980.
Levi A. Hilty, 52, of Monroe, passed away at 2:12 a.m. on Saturday, January 7, 2012, at Adams Memorial Hospital in Decatur.
He was born on Monday, December 7, 1959, in Adams County, to Andrew and Amanda Hilty, of Monroe.
Mr. Hilty was a part owner of Hilty Home Sales in Monroe and suffered from Muscular Dystrophy.
He was a member of the Old Order Amish community.
Elizabeth E. “Ebbie” Kolter, 80, of Decatur, passed away on Saturday, January 7, 2012, at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne.
She was born on November 30, 1931, in Chicago, to the late Clinton and Elizabeth (Mondhank) Hersh.
She married Karl Kolter on November 18, 1951.
Evangeline L. Lehman, 90, of Berne , passed away Saturday, January 7, 2012, at Swiss Village Community Center, Berne.
She was born on February 3, 1921, in Adams County, to Oren and Louise (Kirchhofer) Moser.
She married Ornell Lehman on September 30, 1955. Ornell preceded her in death on January 24, 1990.
Evangeline was a lifelong member of the First United Methodist Church. In her earlier years she taught Sunday School and played in the Zuercher Accordion Band.
January 6th
Esther A. M. Graber, infant daughter of Alvin L. and Martha H.B. (Schwartz) Graber, of Geneva, diied Wednesday in Adams Memorial Hospital, Decatur.
She was born at the hospital on Wednesday.
She was a member of the Old Order Amish.
