Chalmer L. “Charlie” Reber, 98, of Grundy Center, Iowa, formerly of Decatur, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 7, 2010 at his home of natural causes.
Charlie was born on September 23, 1912, in Decatur to Marion and Von (Baltzell) Reber.
He grew up and graduated from high school in Decatur.
Bonnie J. Urick, 68, of Decatur, died on Tuesday, November 9, 2010, at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne.
Bonnie was born on June 11, 1942, in Bluffton, Indiana, to Oral Fulton and Mary Ann (Nash) Fulton.
On November 23, 1961, she married Palmer D. Urick. He preceded her in death on January 30, 2008.
Bonnie attended The Bridge Community Church in Decatur.
She retired as an accountant.

Florence R. Bulmahn, 90, of Decatur, died Sunday in Bluffton Regional Medical Center.
She was born on May 6, 1920, in Adams County to Adolph and Viola Grote Marbach.
She married Hugo Bulmahn on June 21, 1942, in Immanuel Lutheran Church; he passed away on February 13, 2007.
Kenneth Dwight Crane Sr., 74, of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, died Sunday, November 7, 2010, at Chambersburg Hospital.
Born on May 4, 1936, in Akron, Ohio, he was the son of the late Dwight and Margaret Crosby Crane.
He was a veteran of the Korean War, serving in the U. S. Marine Corps.
He was employed as a corporate pilot with DuPont, Inc. for 15 years. While working at DuPont, he acquired his ATR rating and accumulated 15 million miles of accident-free flying.
Gaynel I. Lankenau, 75, of Castle Rock, Colorado, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday November 2, 2010.
Gaynel was born on August 2, 1935, in Decatur. She was preceded in death by her parents.
She attended Indiana University and graduated from the University of Northern Colorado. Gaynel began her music teaching career in 1959 with the Douglas County Schools. She was still teaching at Arapahoe Community College at the time of her death.
Virgil "Mac" McClurg, 75, of Decatur, died on Thursday, November 4, 2010, at Adams Memorial Hospital in Decatur.
Mr. McClurg was born in Rush County, Indiana, on March 27, 1935 to Joseph Murphy McClurg and Viney (Griffin) McClurg.
Mac honorably served his country in the United States Air Force from February 3, 1955, to February 2, 1963.
Bonnie J. Urick, 68, of rural Decatur, died Tuesday in Lutheran Hospital at Fort Wayne.

Information provided to the Daily Democrat for the obituary notice in Tuesday's edition for Robert M. Braden accidentally omitted the name of the wife of his son Gregory R. Braden. Her name is Sherry.
