Virgil "Mac" McClurg, 75, of Decatur, died on Thursday, November 4, 2010, at Adams Memorial Hospital in Decatur.
Mr. McClurg was born in Rush County, Indiana, on March 27, 1935 to Joseph Murphy McClurg and Viney (Griffin) McClurg.
Mac honorably served his country in the United States Air Force from February 3, 1955, to February 2, 1963.
Bonnie J. Urick, 68, of rural Decatur, died Tuesday in Lutheran Hospital at Fort Wayne.

Information provided to the Daily Democrat for the obituary notice in Tuesday's edition for Robert M. Braden accidentally omitted the name of the wife of his son Gregory R. Braden. Her name is Sherry.

Florence R. Bulmahn, 90, of Decatur, died Sunday in Bluffton Regional Medical Center.
Funeral arrangements are pending at Zwick and Jahn Funeral Home, Decatur.
Sunday, November 7, 2010, Robert M. Braden, surrounded by his family, was carried by the angels to Heaven.
Daddy was born on September 4, 1915, the son of Mark C. and Louise (Teeple) Braden. He graduated from Decatur Catholic High School in 1936.
On August 23, 1941, he married our Mother, Gladys (Harvey) Braden.
Ida May (Adams) Fisher Brodbeck, 83, of Decatur, went to be with the Lord at 2:20 p.m. on Monday, November 8, 2010, at her residence after two months of hospitalization in Fort Wayne.
She was born on July 24, 1927, to George and Callie (Gross) Adams in West Liberty, Kentucky.
She married William “Bill” Fisher on December 20, 1947; he passed away on December 14, 1988. On June 6, 1992, she married Walter I. “Ike” Brodbeck; he survives in Decatur.

Cindy S. Barger-Stapleton, 51, of Decatur, died at 9:07 p.m. last Friday in Visiting Nurse and Hospice Home at Fort Wayne.
She was born on March 7, 1959 in Wells County to William K. and Cora V. Lucas Barger. Her father is deceased, but her mother lives in Decatur.
Robert M. Braden, 95, of Decatur, died Sunday in the nursing center at Woodcrest Retirement Community,

Herbert H. Hamrick, 75, of Decatur, died on Saturday, November 6, 2010, at Adams Memorial Hospital.
Herbert was born in Adams County on December 22, 1934, to James and Ardella (Kallenberger) Hamrick.
He married Marilyn Hutchison on July 28, 1956. She preceded him in death on September 24, 1999.
Herbert retired from Fort Wayne Wire Die and served his country in the U.S. Army.
Magdelene K. Peterson, 81, of Fort Wayne, died at 4:45 p.m. last Friday in Kingston Residence at Fort Wayne.
She was born on September 10, 1929 in Adams County to John and Lena Worthman Hilgeman.
She married Cal M. Peterson more than 62 years ago, on July 24, 1948 in Magley, and he survives.
She was a cafeteria worker in East Allen County Schools Corp. for 15 years and a member of New Haven United Methodist Church.
