Terry G. Hike II, 46, Fort Wayne, formerly of Decatur, passed away Sunday, July 27, 2014, at his mother’s residence in Bluffton.
He was born Oct. 3, 1967, to Terry G. and Mary J. (Dyer) Hike.
Terry was a member of St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church in Decatur and was a 1986 graduate of Bellmont High School. He worked as a medical dialysis consultant. He was also a manager for Ammolite Jewels in St. Thomas of the U.S. Virgin Islands and in Skagway, Alaska.
Ronda L. Cowans, 49, Decatur was fatally injured in an automobile accident north of Decatur Sunday, July 28, 2014.
Arrangements are pending at Zwick and Jahn Funeral Home in Decatur.

Decatur Elk members recently joined with Girl Scouts of Adams County for a celebration at the Girl Scout Cabin in Hanna Nuttman Park. Decatur Elks Lodge Exalted Ruler Pat McCormick organized the event, which attracted some 50 participants. The Elks donated $2,000 to make improvements at the Girl Scout Cabin. Lodge also members volunteered to do plumbing, paint, provide heavy-duty doors for the cabin and other work at the facility.
State Rep. Matt Lehman, R-Berne, served as the grand marshall in his hometown parade Saturday as the 2014 Swiss Days Festival wrapped up Saturday.
