Bonnie J. Baumgartner, 65, of Decatur, passed away at 8:27 a.m. Friday, April 4, at her residence.
She was born May 16, 1948, in Portland, to the late Paul F. and Margaret E. (Myers) White. She married Richard Baumgartner on August 10, 1996; he passed away October 13, 2013.
Ralph A. Bollinger 81, Decatur, died Saturday. Arrangements are pending at Haggard Sefton and Hirschy Funeral Home.
Annabelle R. Dubach, 86, Linn Grove, passed away April 5 at Adams Memorial Hospital.
She was born June 26, 1927, in Adams County to the late Jesse and Velma (Habegger) Balsiger.

Raymond A. Saalfrank, 86, Hoagland, passed away Friday, April 4, 2014, at Lutheran Life Villages at Pine Valley. â€¨ He was born Thursday, March 22, 1928, in Allen County, son of the late Carl and Carla M. (Judt) Saalfrank.
A Bellmont Middle School classroom was converted to a movie set Sunday as a team of Ball State University students used the local school — and more than two dozen fifth- and sixth-grade BMS students — to film segments of an independent film on bullying.
“The Blue,” according to director Ben Redar is a short film — 20-25 minutes in length — that addresses how a young boy and his father deal with the issue of bullying. It is expected to be released sometime in August.
The North Adams Community Schools’ board of education will convene for their monthly meeting at 6 p.m. Tuesday in the district administrative building, 625 Stadium Dr., Decatur.
Adams Central senior Abby Busse has been named recipient of the four-year, full-tuition 2014 Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship, according to an announcement from the Adams County Community Foundation. Busse will receive full tuition for eight semesters to the Indiana college of her choice, as well as a $900 yearly stipend for required books.
