From staff reports
With a total of 5 inches of snow falling Thursday across Adams County, and with a low temperature reading of -6 degrees this morning, area residents could use a break. Unfortunately, that break doesn’t seem to be coming anytime in the near future as another round of snow, and even colder temperatures, are forecast for the coming weekend.
The time and temperature reading at the First Bank of Berne branch office on the east side of Decatur showed a generous reading of zero degrees F. early this morning. City officials reported an overnight low of -6 degrees.
