James E. Staub, 69, of Decatur, died at his residence on Sunday, March 17, 2013.
James was born on December 15, 1943, to the late Louis H. and Mary Hildegarde (Lengerich) Staub.
On October 23, 1971, he married Marilyn D. Rosswurm; she survives in Decatur.
Former Decatur Storm Water Management Director Joan Eichhorn has been indicted by an Adams County grand jury on charges of theft and fraud for alleged incidents that occurred in late 2011, Prosecutor Chris Harvey said today.
Despite a 1.1 percent jump in its jobless rate from December of 2012 to January of this year, Adams County continues to sport one of the lowest unemployment levels in northern Indiana.
