A report over a year in the making concerning the possibility of having a one-campus North Adams school was submitted to the North Adams School Board Tuesday night by the NA Facilities Study Committee.
Trois Hart represented the committee, many members of whom where present in the audience, in making the report which was tabled by the board members so they could, as board president Tim Ehlerding noted, "absorb the information" and study the proposal.
Adams Central staff received a reprieve Tuesday evening, at least temporarily, from a proposal that called for a reduction in general leave days for all employees and for custodians to be dropped as 12-month employees.

Viola M. Ray, 95, of Muncie, passed away Monday, November 12, 2012, at Albany Health and Rehabilitation Center after a short illness.
She was born in BoBo, Ohio, on December 11, 1916, to the late Dennison and Daisy L. (Gause) Krick.
Viola moved to Muncie in 1944. She was a member of Southside Church of the Nazarene.
