Lena E. Bennett, 85, of Decatur, died Wednesday in Swiss Village in Berne.
Arrangements are pending at Haggard Sefton & Hirschy Funeral Home.
Alvin Dewayne “Al” Colbert, 68, of Portland, died Monday in St. Joseph Hospital, Fort Wayne.
He was the son of Albert Vaughn and Mary Margaret (Banter) Colbert.
Among survivors are a son, Gary Colbert, of Decatur, and three daughters, Tonia Benge, of Wilshire, Ohio; Teresa Painter, of Decatur; and Melissa Hunter, of Decatur.
Private family services will be held in Baird-Freeman Funeral Home in Portland.
Darrell L. Gerig, 82, of Berne, passed away Tuesday January 24, 2012, at Swiss Village.
He was born to Ralph A. and Sylvia Marie (Niswander) Gerig on September 9, 1929.
He married Marilyn (Amstutz) on September 16, 1950; she survives.
David M. Singleton, 67, Nokomis, Fla., formerly of Decatur, passed away Monday, January 23, 2012.
Among survivors are his wife, Connie; sons, Tyler and Wesley, both of Nokomis; daughter, Kelsey, of Venice Chapel, Fla.; two brothers, James E. Singleton, of Decatur and Dean R. (Tammy) Singleton, of Decatur; and three grandchildren, Maggie and Vanessa Singleton and Christian Caldwell.
Visitation will be from 2-4 p.m. Friday, at Farley Funeral Home, Venice Chapel, with funeral services immediately following.

Adams County ended 2011 with its largest unemployment rate in 10 months, according to figures released Tuesday by the Indiana Department of Workforce Development.
The county's December jobless rate stood at 8.5 percent, the highest in the county since February of 2011. The year's final figures capped a roller-coaster 12 months for local jobless levels.
Jerry Setser, Barry Humble and Community Corrections officer Ian Gilbert stood as representatives of Serenity House Inc. last week to ask the board of Adams County commissioners for help in funding a proposed Serenity House.
In making their plea to commissioners, the trio touted the need for a recovery house in the county. "Alcohol and drug problems don't stop with a jail sentence," said Humble.
The city of Berne has a parcel of real estate for sale, although potential buyers may be few and far between.
Berne City Council on Monday agreed to offer for sale a .26-acre tract of land, located at the former site of a municipal water tower at the intersection of Welty and Berne streets, for the low price of $3,400.
City attorney Jim Beitler said special rules apply for the sale of municipal property valued at less than $15,000. Two appraisals of the property set the value of the Berne site at $1,750.
