Two free programs designed to advise people in Adams County's Community Corrections (CC) system about how to eat healthily and manage their money better will start this month, led by a new staffer in the local Purdue University Extension Service office.
The project was revealed at Monday's meeting of the commissioners by county CC Director Ian Gilbert and Nancy Manuel, who joined the county's Purdue extension staff in September.
